Hello everyone! My name is Reid Spitz, and I'm a sophomore at Stanford University. I graduated from Cherry Creek High School in Denver, Colorado in 2010. I started with mindfish as a student, receiving tutoring from Bill Huston (one of mindfish's founders) during my sophomore and junior years of high school. Using mindfish’s unique methodology, I was able to learn and master the PSAT, and I’m proud to say that I am now a National Merit Scholar! I've been helping kids boost their SAT scores for over a year now, so I'm an SAT expert who knows the tricks of the test. Having just taken the SAT and ACT, I remember quite vividly how stressful these tests can be, and I’m here to help you in any way possible. I’m confident that with the right attitude and a bit of hard work, you too can conquer these tests!
A bit more about myself... As far as academics are concerned, I'm planning on majoring in either economics or philosophy. Beyond the classroom, I'm a proud member of one, the only, the truly incomparable Leland Stanford Junior Marching Band, despite the fact that I don't know how to play an instrument! (If you don't know anything about the Stanford Band, go look it up right now). I was also involved in a TV show filmed on campus called "The Stanford Apprentice", a knock-off of the NBC/Donald Trump series. To make a long story short, I'm absolutely loving my time at Stanford! If you have any questions, feel free to chat me up--I look forward to meeting you!
