2020 AP Exams Going Online

According to a recent statement released by CollegeBoard (CB), the 2020 AP Exams will be held online in a shortened form.  Exams will be 45 minutes long and cover a limited portion of the curriculum. CB has not provided information on the platform that will be used for online testing; however, the decision to limit the units covered was based on the principle of equality.  As many students do not have reliable access to technology and internet at home, the units included are those that should have been taught by March.

Given that the test dates for AP Exams have not changed, students should start preparing for them immediately after spring break. An additional blog post will be sent out shortly with some advice on how to best prepare given the new testing situation.

For your reference, the units that will be tested for the commonly taken exams are listed in the tables below:
