St. Olaf Chemistry Graduate and Longtime Tutor and Coach
Samuel Stresemann grew up in Winthrop, Minnesota and earned a BA from St. Olaf College in 2021, majoring in Chemistry with a concentration in Biomolecular science. Passionate about running, he competed on the Men’s Cross Country and Track & Field teams during his time there. Also at St. Olaf, he tutored students in Latin and Physical Chemistry in both one-on-one and group sessions. After graduation he worked as a research assistant in an immunology laboratory at the University of Minnesota and coached cross country at Macalester College before making the move to Boulder this past fall. When he is not tutoring at Mindfish, you’ll find Samuel out running, cycling, or Nordic skiing. Beyond the endurance activities, he enjoys trying out the popular restaurants in the area and reading classic novels. He hopes to one day pursue a career in medicine, specializing in cardiology.
