Assistive technology is products, equipment, and systems that enhance learning, working, and daily living. Most of us use some form of assistive technology already. For students with disabilities, learning differences, and/or executive functioning deficits, assistive technology can be a game changer to help them learn, study, and perform as efficiently as possible.

An assistive technology consultation with Mindfish is a way to explore assistive technology options that may be suitable for a student. Whether you are curious about what technology solutions are out there or were specifically recommended to use a specific type of technology (text-to-speech, for example) by an educational psychologist, Mindfish can walk you through what types of technology might be a good fit for your student and how to work with them on implementation.
