Prior to teaming up with Mindfish, Aaron Thomas taught history/social studies for 20+ years in several renowned independent high schools across the American southwest, most recently at Colorado Academy in Denver. During these years, in addition to his teaching duties, Aaron served as mentor, college advisor and coach to his students. As a standout multi-sport high school and collegiate athlete and Truman Scholar, Aaron can speak the language of a wide range of today’s high school students.
When Aaron is not coordinating the Colorado Rapids Audi Online Academy or tutoring students in the humanities, he loves to read, work on his golf game, ride his hardtail, play music, walk his mutt, Stella, and travel in search of new adventures with his family.
