Description
The Mindfish Practice Test Program
It’s easy to compare practice test scores, but we will help you understand see beyond the scores to come up with the best plan for your student.
These days, all colleges accept scores from either the ACT or the SAT, but the tests are more different than they’ve ever been. Some students are better-suited for the ACT, while others are better-suited for the SAT. (Learn more about the differences between the tests here). It’s critical to make sure that the test for which your student is prepping plays to their strengths.
That’s where our Practice Test Program comes in. The Practice Test Program allows students to take a proctored, timed diagnostic practice ACT and a proctored, timed diagnostic practice SAT.
After your student has taken both practice tests, we’ll set up a 45-minute, in-depth review meeting with the student, the parent, and one of Mindfish’s expert directors. During this consultation, our director will analyze the practice test results in detail, learn more about the student’s individual goals and needs, and then help formulate a timeline and test prep plan specifically tailored to the background, schedule, and goals of your student.
For In-Person and Remote Students
We offer proctored practice tests almost every weekend of the year and have a good mix of in-person tests at our offices and proctored tests on Zoom. For students who can’t attend one of our scheduled proctored tests, we can easily set up a self-proctored (or parent-proctored) test to take at home. All Practice Test Program follow-up consultations are conducted via Zoom to maximize convenience and attendance by both student and parents.
