Matt Madsen has coached hundreds of students in a wide variety of academic subjects over the course of more than a decade. He began tutoring student-athletes in chemistry, biology, and physiology courses after finishing his BS in Human Physiology from the University of Oregon. Matt served as a teaching assistant in both large lecture and small laboratory classes while completing his Master’s degree in Integrative Physiology at CU Boulder. He began working with students on the SAT and ACT after finishing graduate school and has amassed expertise with the ISEE, SSAT, HSPT, GMAT, and GRE. He also tutors students in math (anything from algebra to AP Calculus), AP Chemistry, AP Biology, anatomy, and physiology. Recently, Matt completed the College Admissions Counseling certification program at the University of California, Riverside. He looks forward to helping students succeed academically and plan for post-secondary achievement. When he isn’t teaching, Matt can probably be found outdoors. He loves golf, hiking, mountain biking, camping, and exploring new parts of Colorado.
