No matter what your interests are, STEM (Science, Engineering, Technology & Math) skills are essential for success in modern academic and work settings. A growing number of jobs rely on programming and creative problem-solving, even in fields that aren’t traditionally technical. Additionally, problems are too complex for one person to solve on their own, so teamwork is critical to making an impact.
These skills can seem intimidating, but they can be learned if students are given the opportunity to take risks and tackle tough problems. That’s why we’ve created a series of STEM courses focusing on programming, problem-solving, and team-building, using simple robots and innovative team-building challenges.

If you have never written a line of code in your life, you this is the perfect setting to learn the basics and to see that non-technical skills are essential for technical teams. You may even end up as the lead programmer! If you are already a strong programmer, you’ll be challenged to apply your skills and collaborate as part of a dynamic team to solve a challenging puzzle, just as you would in a tech company.
Either way, the lessons you learn about how to deal with failure, struggle through difficult challenges, and work with a team will change the way you think about problems.
